25 New Cases of Coronavirus in Rajasthan, Total Number of Infected are 161 Now

25 new cases of corona virus infected in Rajasthan were reported on Friday. This has increased the total number of corona virus infections in the state to 161. Two patients were found infected in Tonk district on Friday, taking the number of infected patients to 16 in Tonk.

Additional Chief Secretary (Health) Rohit Kumar Singh said that all these people were in contact with those found infected. These include a 30-year-old woman, a 9-year-old boy and three youths in the age group of 20 to 32 years. He said that from 25 newly infected patients on Friday, the number of infected patients in the state reached 161.

There are also six persons from Maharashtra and two from Jharkhand associated with the Tabligi Jamaat in the new cases reported in Rajasthan. Similarly, seven more people who came in contact with the people of Tabligi Jamaat in Tonk have been found infected. Two have been found infected in Bikaner and one in Dausa. The infected person traveled to Tripura in Bikaner. Apart from these, three people have been confirmed infected in Udaipur on Friday.

Singh said that two people in Bhilwara have become free from virus infection. Bikaner Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. BL Meena said that people coming in contact with the two infected patients are being screened.
