According to the reports, the government is preparing to cess petrol on diesel to deal with the water crisis. Experts say that if the policy has not been prepared to deal with the water crisis right now, then the crisis will take a deeper and more dangerous form in the coming years.

The Modi government is contemplating to cess n petrol and diesel, to deal with the rising water crisis. Talking to the petroleum ministry is going on for this. According to media reports, the government has become a theoretically sympathizer on this move. Water cess on gasoline diesel may be announced in or after the budget speech.

Let it be said that it will be between 30 to 50 paise without putting the water sensor petrol diesel prices. There will not be any impact on the sale of petrol diesel. If petrol diesel price increases, cess will not increase, but if the price decreases, cess will not be reduced.

Let us also tell you that in year 2018, the road and infrastructure cess of 8 rupees was imposed on petrol diesel price. This cess will be used for construction and maintenance of roads and other infrastructure. Explain that state governments also charge pollution tax on petrol diesel.
