Mumbai has to win their eliminator round against LSG today and also win their qualifier two round against Gujarat Titans to progress into this year’s finals.
Till now MI has reached the finals of this cash-rich league tournament six times and they have lost only one final till now, which was in 2010 against CSK. MI reached the finals in 2010, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2020.
Another year has been passed and RCB is still searching for their maiden IPL title win. The men in red started their journey in this season quite well. But they lost close games and even a century from Virat Kohli couldn’t help them because he was overshadowed by Shubman Gill.
King Kohli scored the most IPL tons. He has seven centuries in this competition and his first hundred came in a losing cause in that must-win game against GT. Before all the tons from Kohli were match-winning ones.
