Even the opposition leaders are not holding back in extending their birthday greetings to him. Several prominent opposition politicians cut across party lines and wished the Prime Minister on his special day.
Leaders of the opposition alliance formed ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, I.N.D.I.A., have also extended their warm wishes to PM Modi.
Among those wishing the Prime Minister well on his birthday are Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge, JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar, NCP leader Sharad Pawar, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee, and many others.
First, among the leaders of the INDIA alliance, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi extended his birthday wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Rahul Gandhi, one of PM Modi's most prominent critics, took to Twitter to convey his birthday greetings, acknowledging the occasion.
Furthermore, Mallikarjun Kharge, the Congress president, also wished PM Modi on his birthday, expressing his best wishes and hoping for a long and healthy life for the Prime Minister.
Bihar's Chief Minister and JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar also extended his birthday wishes to PM Modi, wishing him a long and prosperous life.
Alongside, NCP chief Sharad Pawar also conveyed his birthday greetings to the Prime Minister.
Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal didn't stay behind either. He also took to Twitter to wish PM Modi a happy birthday and expressed his hopes for a long life for the Prime Minister.
TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee and senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor also joined in the chorus of birthday wishes for the Prime Minister. Shashi Tharoor retweeted one of his 2021 tweets to convey his birthday greetings to PM Modi.
