Young JDU leader Kanhaiya Kaushik Shot Dead by Criminals on Holi

Assembly elections are about to happen in Bihar in the upcoming months. However, many cases of crime are coming up in Bihar before the elections. In the latest case, criminals shot and killed a student leader of Janata Dal United (JDU) in Patna. The name of the student leader is Kanhaiya Kaushik.

On the occasion of Holi, young JDU leader Kanhaiya Kaushik was shot dead by criminals in Patel Nagar. He was a former JDU student general secretary in Bihar. Kanhaiya has also been the Vice President of AAN College Student's Union.

According to the information, Kanhaiya's rivalry was going on with some people. In the midst of this controversy, on 10th of March, he was called by criminals with the excuse of meeting, where the criminals shot bullets at him. He was shot five bullets, after which he died.

After this incident of murder, questions have also been raised on the police regarding the security system. Also, JDU leaders expressed outrage in this matter. JDU leader Sunil Gupta has demanded that the culprits should be arrested soon and strict action should be taken on this entire incident. Whereas, the police has started investigating the case.
