Yogi Aditynath has Approved to set-up 218 Fast Track Courts

Chief minister Yogi Adityanath's cabinet on Monday approved the proposal to set up 218 fast-track courts in view of incidents of burning alive after gang rape in Unnao district, Uttar Pradesh. Explain that out of 218, only rape cases will be heard in 144 courts. This will speed up the disposal of cases. This will lead to a financial burden of about Rs.16,350 lakhs per annum. 75 lakh rupees per year has been spent on each court.

The victim was burnt alive after the gang rape in Unnao. After this, the victim died in Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi on Friday night. After the victim's death, all opposition parties, including the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), began to surround the state's Yogi and the Narendra Modi government at the center. Instantly, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, was directed to conduct the trial in the fast track court.
