Train Collision in Kachiguda Railway Station, 1 died, 20 Injured

There is news of a train Accident in Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana. On Monday, two trains collided with each other in Kachiguda railway station. There is also a news of the death of a passenger in the accident, while many people are said to be injured. Senior railway officials are present on the spot and the rescue operation is going on.

Kachiguda railway station of South Central Railway (SCR) collided between Lingampalli-Falaknuma and Kurnool City-Secunderabad Hundari Express. In the collision of the two trains, 3 coaches of Lingampalli-Falaknuma and 4 coaches of Hundari Express derailed. More than 20 people have been injured in this accident, who have been sent to the nearest hospital for treatment.

Kachiguda railway station is located within the city of Hyderabad. Many major trains pass through here. The route of several trains has been diverted after the accident. Damaged bogies of both trains are being removed from the railway tracks. Along with this, railway personnel are involved in relief and rescue work.
