The Executioner Pawan has been chosen to hang the culprits of the Nirbhaya incident. On this, during the discussion he said  that those who do dirty work with daughters do not have the right to live in the world. If punished, perhaps someone will think ten times before committing such disgusting act. In the Hyderabad case too, the culprits were punished on time, this has been very good. If the police does not give them, the judiciary would punish them.

Recently I have also practiced hanging in Meerut jail. Delhi Tihar Jail has called me on 30 January to hang the cuprits.

He added saying I was with my grandfather Dada Kallu when he hanged 5 people in 1988. In which 2 criminals were hanged in Patiala, 1 in Agra, 1 in Jaipur and one in Prayagraj. My father Mammu also hanged two people, but this is the first case of four people being hanged together. In the Meerut Jail, I have tried to hang Surendra Koli, the culprit of the Nithari incident.
