The Risk of Premature Death Increases by Drinking More Protein Shakes

Most people who consume protein shakes for bodybuilding and muscles. But you should know that drinking more protein shakes increases the risk of obesity as well as premature death. Do you also go to the gym and consume protein shake to make a body, be careful. Consuming too much protein shake increases the risk of premature death, along with obesity. This is not what we are saying, but this has been claimed in a new study recently.

Researchers at the Charles Perkins Center of the University of Sydney conducted an investigation through which they were trying to find out what effect it would have on the body due to excessive consumption of branched chain amino acids in the protein powder that is BCCA. BCCA supplements are found in powder form, which is mixed in water and prepared in shake form and it is consumed.

The risk of premature death with obesity

The results of this study, published in the journal Nature's Metabolism, show that BCCA may help in the formation of the muscles, but it also has negative effects on the person's body. This not only increases the risk of weight gain, but the risk of premature death also increases manifold. Researchers at the study also found that if the level of BCCA is higher in the blood, then it reduces the level of the honey hormone serotonin which helps sleep, thus reducing the sleep of a person.

Maintaining Balance of Amino Acids

This study was told by author Gentle Solon, "This new research has tried to show that maintaining a balance of amino acids is essential in our body. Therefore, it is important that you obtain proteins from different sources so that the balance of amino acids in the body remains. So instead of just dependent on a protein shake, chicken, fish, egg, beans, pulses, and nuts should be consumed so that proteins can be obtained from these different sources.
