Tablighi Jamaat case: Chargesheet Filed Against 83 Foreign Nationals, More than 900 People will be Tightened

At the end of March, the Delhi Police started clamping down on the deposits that have caused the Corona crisis across the country.  According to police sources, in this episode, 20 chargesheets have been filed in South Delhi's Saket court accusing 83 foreign nationals, in which many serious charges have been leveled against them.  Earlier, sources in Delhi Police were quoted as saying that the crime branch will indict 950 foreign deposits in several other cases, including the spread of coronavirus infection.

Significantly, a case has been registered against all these 950 foreign citizens under 14 Foreign Act, Disaster Management Act and Pandemic Act.  Senior Crime Branch officials say that these people had come to India on a tourist visa.  They knew that corona infection was widespread in many countries of the world.  Corona has been declared a global epidemic.  There is a strict prohibition from any government in India.  Despite this, these people came to India in violation of the government's directive.  This clearly shows that his intention was to spread corona infection in India.  Delhi Police will take the strongest action against them.

The police officer says that the police of any country does not allow the missionary to join the work.  These people had illegally joined the Tablighi Jamaat in violation of the Visa Act.  As far as the arrest of Maulana Saad, the head of Markaz, is concerned.  The police officer says that the crime branch and ED Maulana Saad have collected enough evidence for detailed interrogation of all the close relatives, employees, relatives etc.   Maulana Muhammad Saad, the head of Tablighi Markaz, has been facing many serious allegations.
