Judge Deepak Gupta and Suryakant's Waction Bench said that the admission of students will not be canceled as they will suffer the illegal work done by the institute.

The Supreme Court has imposed a fine of Rs 23.10 crore on a management school on Friday. This penalty has been imposed on the FORE School of Management to take admission of 42 more students from the seats approved by AICTE. The court said that it has been observed that the educational institutions put the future of students in danger by taking more admission than approved seats.

Judge Deepak Gupta and Suryakant's Waction Bench said that the admission of students will not be canceled as they will suffer the illegal work done by the institute. The Bench also said that there are many penalties in the AICTE, but they have given the most simple punishment.

It was found that the Institute is charging 11 lakh rupees per student for the entire course and according to the prescribed standards, AICTE has imposed a penalty of five times for each student. This amounted to 23.10 crores in this way.
