In connection with the misuse of fraud and power, the police has arrested Indian businessman Pramod Mittal from a North American based company in Bosnia. There is a suspicion of fraud of Rs.19.32 crores. Today they will be presented in the court there.

Pramod Mittal, the younger brother of Steel King Lakshmi Mittal is the head of the supervisory board of Coke Plant GIKIL, one of the biggest exporters of Bosnia. Apart from Mittal, the company's general manager Parmesh Bhattacharya and another member of the supervisory board have also been arrested.

According to Bosnia's prosecutor Kazim Serhetelic, Pramod Mittal may be sentenced to up to 45 years on conviction.
