Son of Accused Deepak Bhradwaj, Nitesh was Acquitted by Court

Son of accused in murder case of Deepak Bhardwaj, a billionaire businessman and contested from Delhi on BSP ticket, was acquitted. A Delhi court has acquitted Nitesh Bhardwaj. In 2009 Deepak contested from West Delhi seat. He was the richest candidate in the Lok Sabha elections.

The Delhi court also acquitted Nitesh along with other accused Baljeet Singh, Rakesh, Purushottam Rana, Sunil Singh, Amit Mann, Namdev Swamy and Ramesh Kumari. Another accused Pradeep Kumar died during the trial.

Nitesh, who is Deepak's younger son, was arrested in April 2013. It was alleged that he was the mastermind of the murder. Deepak was killed last month at his farmhouse. It was said that Nitesh was separated by his father, due to which he was afraid of loosing the property. Deepak was also attracted to a young woman, which annoyed Nitesh.
