Minor Run Naked For Kilometres After Getting Raped

After the Gang-rape on 9 September in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, the minor victim was in such a panic that she ran about half a kilometer without clothes. The girl was going to the temple with two people on a bike, when the accused, who was drunk sitting on the roadside, stopped her and kidnapped her, beat her up, ripped her clothes and gang-raped her. In this case, the police have arrested three accused. This case will be sent to a fast track court under the Pocso Act.

According to the information received, the Victim was so scared after the gang rape that when a man wanted to give her clothes to wear, but she did not stop and continued running. After some time, when she stopped, she was given clothes to wear and after that, she reached home.

According to police, when the accused kidnapped the girl and took them to the fields, her friends eloped and rushed to the nearby market and requested help from a shopkeeper. After these people ran to help her. Police said that minor had bruises on her face, telling the story of the atrocities committed on her.

Police have identified the accused by arresting Narayan Gujjar (40), Kailash Kahar (24) and Raju Kahar (25). In addition to pocso, the case will be tried in the fast track court under gang rape act. Apart from the victim, the police have recorded the statements of the shopkeeper and his friends.
