Local Police Reveals a yet another Heinous Detail Regarding Kota Crime.

A shocking revelation regarding the Kota mother-daughter double crime case, by the city police incorporated section 376(rape) under IPC, this Wednesday  along with the charges of murder and robbery.

The incident had taken place on January 31 night,2019 as the two accused Mastram Meena, 28 with his friend Lokesh Meena, 20, residents of Tirath Village broke into the Rajendra Vijayvergiya's house, who is identifies as a Kota based jeweler. The accused not only robbed the family but also murdered the jeweler's wife Gayatri , age 45, and caused his daughter Palak, by causing severe injuries with an iron rod.They also stole Rs 37 lakh cash and jeweler worth Rs 74 lakhs.

The two convicts were arrested three days later, on February 4 and were taken into the police custody under IPC sections 302, 460 and 397.

The main mind behind plotting crime was Mastram, who had worked at the jeweler's shop and was acquainted to the members of the family and was aware of the the structure of the house. And so he hatched a plan with his friend Lokesh, and entered the house in the evening, 31 January , after  behind sure of the fact that the both males of the family had gone out,as one had gone to the temple and the other was at the shop.

Since the accused was known to the family, the wife of the jeweler let her in and he killed her at the spot, with an iron rod. Hearing this, as the daughter came out, the two men allegedly raped her and then murdered her too, by hitting her with the same iron rod.

The SHO at Bhimganj Mandi police station commented on the case and told the cameras that, " On the basis of medical report, police have incorporated section 376 and 34 with the sections, 302,460 and 397, to the charge-sheet, which was brought before the court on Wednesday."

The post-mortem report has also stated that, the girl had several injuries on her private parts before she was murdered.
