Guard Shoot a Guy in MP just because he Disturbed his sleep

A shocking incident has come to light in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Here a security guard shot a man from point blank range with his 12 bore gun. The police arrested the guards on Friday after much effort. The accused told the police that the deceased Kabir (25) had spoiled my sleep, that's why I shot him. This entire incident was also captured in CCTV cameras.

Accused Akku Sharma hails from Danoli area of Gwalior. He told that he was resting in the afternoon after doing night duty, when Kabir Tomar and some of his companions started making noise in the street. Kabir was scolding his nephew. Troubled by repeated sleeplessness, Akku picked up his 12 bore gun and opened fire. The first shot went empty, but the people standing on the road started running around.

Akku came out on the middle road and again pointed the gun towards Kabir and fired at him from a distance of a few inches. Kabir died on the spot. After this Akku left from there. Police reached the spot, rushed injured Balendu Sharma to the hospital and sent Kabir's body to the postmortem.

The police formed a team to arrest the guard Akku Sharma, who arrested him on Friday. In the statement given to the police, the accused said that he was filled with anger due to repeated sleeplessness and took Kabir's life in the same charge.
