Go Air Fired the Wrong Person Because of Tweets from Fake Twitter Account

On June 4, screenshots of the tweet from Asif Khan Name and @ MdAsif35534489 Twitter handle went viral.  Now this account has been deleted or deactivated, he had posted inflammatory and hate tweets.  In the bio of this account it was claimed that he works as a cabin crew in the Indian airline Go Air.  Many Twitter handles tagged Go Air's official Twitter account and demanded that if this person works in that company then action should be taken against it.

Asif Khan whose contract was cancelled due to viral tweets by Go Air told his story through Facebook.  In his Facebook post, he said that he has been unfairly targeted.  He denied any connection with @ MdAsif35534489 Twitter handle and hate tweets.  He wrote, "I am getting threats to kill my life, I am getting abusive messages, my mother and sister are being threatened with rape, I am wrong to recognize all this and by someone else in my name Hindu gods  is being caused by abusing.

Asif Khan also said that he has lodged a complaint with the police and is ready to cooperate fully in the investigation.  "My only request is that the matter should be investigated objectively and expeditiously as my family is under great pressure, especially my father who is very ill at the moment.  I have faith in my judicial system and trust my company Go Air that it will resolve this issue with full sensitivity and speed. "
