For Throwing Stone at Pet Dog Man Shot Dead

After a man was shot dead in the national capital for throwing stones at a pet dog on Sunday, the deceased's wife cried how she will manage her family of four now?

The deceased's wife was identified as Reshma, a 28-year-old domestic helper who merely earned Rs 1,300 a month. On Sunday, while Reshma was out with her nine-year-old son for a hospital check-up, she was informed that something happened to her husband and he was taken to GTB hospital in East Delhi.

Meanwhile, Reshma told that when she went to GTB hospital she was informed that her husband was dead. The police officials said that Reshma's husband- Afaq Ali was shot dead, allegedly by Mehtab for throwing a brick at his pet as it chased him.

The deceased earned Rs 6,000 a month stitching school uniforms for a month. "Somehow we managed to run our home, but how will we manage now?" Reshma asked. Reportedly, the deceased is survived by his five-month-pregnant wife and three children aged nine, ten, and six.
