Delhi:History Sheeter Attacked On AAP MLA Prakash Jarwal

In the Sangam Vihar of Delhi, the Aam Aadmi Party MLA Prakash Jarwal was attacked on Wednesday. MLA Prakash Jarwal had come to inaugurate the Sonia Vihar line on the Bandh road. Only then, the History sheeter Rajesh Sasi threatened to kill and also fired on him. Jarwal called the number 100 and informed the police about the incident. police are investigating the matter.

Jarwal is MLA from Delhi's assembly constituency, Devil. After the attack on Jarwal, there was a rift in the area. Earlier in 2013, Jarwal was accused of making a deadly attack on policemen.

In February this year, a Delhi court had convicted Prakash Jarwal and two others in the case of rioting and attacking policemen of 2013. The court had said that there is no doubt that the mobilization of the people, in this case, was illegal because of this traffic jam and violence was provoked. Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Samar Vishal said that it was not felt that the mobilization of the people was peaceful and performed peacefully.

The court said that apart from Prakash Jarwal, Salim and Dharmaprakash were involved in illegal mobilization which attacked 2 police constables and one assistant sub-inspector.
