On Anand Vihar ISBT, a molestation case has been reported from a woman on the Uttarakhand roadways bus. The incident is about 3 o'clock on the night of 22 April. The conductor in the bus advised the young woman to stay on the bus due to the night. After this,

the accused started tampering with the victim. On April 26, the victim reached Patparganj police station in Delhi and complained to the police. The police have started investigations by registering cases in the clutter of tampering. On the other hand, roadways management has suspended the conductor on the complaint of family members.

According to the police, the 23-year-old victim lives with the family in Kashipur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. He works as a supervisor in a cafe located in Gururgram. On the evening of April 22, he left for Kashipur from Delhi to Ram Nagar depot (Uttarakhand). He had to reach for her job from home. Driver Bahadur Singh and conductor Pradeep Singh were present on the bus. the bus reached Anand Vihar ISBT from Kashipur, at 2.40 pm. All the passengers got away from the bus. The victim was sitting on the bus due to overnight. She inquired about the passengers from the conductor to Gurujram. The accused Pradeep told him that it is not safe to travel late at night. She stopped at the bus at night. The victim accepted what Pradeep said. It is alleged that Pradeep started tampering with him shortly after. The accused went away from there after that. The victim left the bus and came to a safe place. He called his father and told the whole story. In the morning, the victim boarded the Metro and reached Gurugram. Two days later, the victim's relatives complained in writing to the DRM against the conductor after reaching Ramnagar Depot. After this, the roadways administration suspended the conductor Pradeep Singh. The victim reached Patparganj police station on 26th April and complained to the police. The police have registered the case after scrutiny. It is being told that pressure is being made to present the conductor on the clerk Sunil Bhatnagar, stationed at Anand Vihar bus stand from the police station. ARM Mohanram Arya and Station In-charge Naveen Arya told that after receipt of the complaint, the conductor has suspended and departmental investigations are on.
