To avoid Pain and Sleep, Marijuana is extremely beneficial. Those who want to avoid pen killers or sleeping pills, they can use it. It can also replace opioids (an opiate-like substance used for medical treatment). This has been revealed in a study in the United States.

In America, a study was done one thousand people who were taking legal marijuana (hemp). out of this 65% were using cannabis for pain. 80 percent of these people benefited. This study has been published in the 'Journal of Psychoactive Drugs'.

In this study, 74 percent of people said that they get benefited by this legal marijuana. Most of these people gave up the medicine taken for sleeping. It was also found in this research that cannabis helps to reduce the use of opioids. However, the researchers have said that its medical advantages need to be understood further.

Painkillers and other medicines help people but they have many side effects. Some of these can be proven deadly. Tolerance of opioids increases in the body and for its effect, people increase the dose. This increases the risk of overdoses. The sleeping pills also give you sleep but then it gets used to it and people can not sleep without them. At the same time, their impact remains in the day, which affects your social life. This is the reason why some people are taking help from marijuana instead.
