The storm will hit the coasts of Andhra and Odisha by Saturday
Giving information, the Meteorological Department said that the low pressure of cyclonic storms is now persisting in the Andaman Sea. After this, it is likely to move west-northwestwards and reach southeast and adjoining the central part of the Bay of Bengal on December 3.
After this, it is likely to hit the north Andhra Pradesh-Odisha coast on Saturday morning, December 4. At the same time, due to this low pressure, heavy to very heavy and very heavy rains are expected in the coastal areas of Odisha.
