Rajasthan: Union Water Power Minister Gajendra Shekhawat Said – Gehlot Government is Killing the Public’s Rights

Nidhi Hakla

Jodhpur MP and Union Water Power Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat has once again attacked the Rajasthan government strongly.  He said that as the opposition, who has taken away the right of public, Now it is my responsibility to make them stand at the crossroads.

Shekhawat interacted with the media in Jodhpur through video conferencing.  In the talk organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party Media Department, Shekhawat said that Rajasthan is the only state where people are deprived of it.

The Ashok Gehlot government also tried to change the name of the scheme, but did not benefit the public.  Ironically, under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, patients come to AIIMS Jodhpur for treatment of cancer from Tamil Nadu, but the people of Rajasthan are deprived.  Now the situation is that the state government is not getting any insurance company for itself.  He said that the  public is watching Everything.

Denying the allegations of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot not getting financial support from the central government, Shekhawat said that in this time of the epidemic, as the state's income has come down, the Center has suffered.  Despite this, the Center has given full help.  2500 crores declared in the budget has been given to Rajasthan.  Had it been estimated from today's situation, this amount would have been 500 crores, but the irony is that the amount of money that Rajasthan has received is not spending that large part.
