Rajasthan Politics: Gehlot Cabinet Minister Said – ‘I am with Sachin Pilot !’
Despite the Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot demonstrating power on Monday in the Rajasthan Congress Legislature Party meeting, his difficulties are not seen declining in any way. A minister in his cabinet has openly announced his support to Sachin Pilot, the deputy CM and chief of the Rajasthan Congress, who has gone on the uprising. Sources close to Pilot had said that the number of MLAs Ashok Gehlot was claiming with himself are not that much actually in the state. He also said that when the Chief Minister has claimed the number to be in his favor, why is he not taking the MLAs who are in his support to the Governor instead of staying at the hotel? Sources close to the pilot have also told that Pilot has no plans to join the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Let us tell you that on Monday, Sachin did not reach the legislature party meeting at Ashok Gehlot's residence. There were about 97 MLAs with Gehlot here. Gehlot has claimed the support of 106 MLAs with him.
At the same time, Sachin Pilot claimed that he has the support of about 30 MLAs, however, no evidence has been provided for this from his side. Pilot is constantly claiming that Gehlot's government has lost majority. In such a situation, on Monday evening, Gehlot shifted his MLAs directly from their residence to a resort. On the other hand, a video was released late last night by the pilot camp, in which 15-16 MLAs are seen sitting. It is being said that these MLAs are in support of the pilot.
