Railways Online Ticket Bookings Started, 15 pair Trains will Run from Tomorrow

Closed passenger trains will regain momentum from May 12 due to the lockdown announced in the country due to the Corona epidemic.  During this time, people stranded in other states and people going to other places for necessary work can travel.  Initially, 15 pairs of trains will run, i.e. they will run on 15 routes.  Trains will be run from Delhi.  Reservations will begin on May 11 at 4 pm.  Tickets for these trains will be found only on the IRCTC website and not at the ticket counter.  All coaches AC and stops will also be extremely limited.  For traveling in these trains, fares equivalent to Rajdhani trains will have to be paid.  If you also want to travel in these trains from May 12, then you should know these things first.

Indian Railways will initially operate only 30 passenger trains.  Most of these will take passengers from different parts of the country starting from New Delhi railway station.  In the first phase, special trains will be operated from New Delhi to Dibrugarh, Agartala, Howrah, Patna, Bilaspur, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Secunderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Madgaon, Mumbai Central, Ahmedabad and Jammu Tawi.

Only passengers with valid confirmed tickets will be allowed to enter railway stations.  Passengers will have the mask mandatory during entry and undergo screening at departure and only passengers will be allowed to board the train.  Only those people will be allowed to board the train with no signs of infection with the virus.
