Mumbai BJP President Mangal Prabhat Lodha declared assets worth over Rs 441 crore in his election affidavit. was. He is a candidate from the Malabar Hill seat in the Maharashtra Assembly elections. Lodha, a five-time MLA from the posh Malabar Hill assembly seat in South Mumbai, is in the fray for the sixth consecutive time. He filed his nomination here on Tuesday.

According to the affidavit filed by Lodha, he and his wife have movable assets worth more than Rs 252 crore and immovable assets of about Rs 189 crore. The MLA has a Jaguar car worth Rs 14 lakh and other investments in bonds and shares. His family is in the real estate business and has five flats in South Mumbai. He also has a plot in Rajasthan. Lodha and his wife also own a house in the Malabar Hill area. Apart from this, his wife also owns another flat and a commercial property in South Mumbai.

Lodha has five criminal cases registered. Assembly elections are due in Maharashtra on October 21 and counting of votes will take place on October 24.
