The MLA has a Jaguar car worth Rs 14 lakh and other investments in bonds and shares. His family is in the real estate business and has five flats in South Mumbai. He also has a plot in Rajasthan. Lodha and his wife also own a house in the Malabar Hill area. Apart from this, his wife also owns another flat and a commercial property in South Mumbai.
