Nirmohi Akhara has also filed a review petition in the Supreme Court in the Ram Janmabhoomi case. In the reconsideration petition, Nirmohi Akhara said that the findings of the judgment regarding Shabiyat rights possession and limitation of the arena are not correct. The court should reconsider the decision again.

Along with this, Nirmohi Akhara also said that the court has said in the judgment to give Nirmohi Akhara a proper role and proper representation in the trust but the role and representation is not clear. The Supreme Court makes it clear again.

The Supreme Court, in its historic judgment on 9 November, refused to consider the Nirmohi Arena as a shabb. However, the court said that the Nirmohi Akhara will be given a place in the trust of the Ram temple.

Earlier, the Hindu Mahasabha had filed a review petition in the Supreme Court on Monday in the Ayodhya land dispute case. In the petition, the Mahasabha has opposed giving five acres of land to the Sunni Waqf Board. The Hindu Mahasabha states that the apex court has held in its judgment that the claim of Hindus to the interior and exterior of the disputed land is strong. In such a situation, the Muslim side should not be given five acres of land to build a mosque.

The reconsideration petitions filed in the Ayodhya case will be considered in the Supreme Court on Thursday. A court list has been released in this regard on Wednesday evening. In this list, Justice Sanjeev Khanna has been included in place of Justice Ranjan Gogoi. A five-judge bench will hear the case. The judges will consider reconsideration petitions at 1:40 pm Thursday. Tomorrow, the bench will decide whether reconsideration petitions need to be heard in open court. If the court feels such a need, then notice will be issued on reconsideration petitions.
