Major Action Against Omprakash Chautala

In the JBT recruitment case, a major action has been taken against former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala, who is serving a sentence in Delhi's Tihar Jail. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken strong action against Chautala and raided his farm house in Tejakheda, Sirsa. The ED arrived here to attach the assets of Omprakash Chautala. Tight security has been put on this occasion.

Tight security has been provided inside and outside the Tejakheda Farm House. A large number of CRPF personnel are deployed on the spot. The ED team suddenly arrived at the Teja Kheda farm house. He was accompanied by CRPF vehicles. The team has also put up a notice board for attaching the property of Om Prakash Chautala at Teja Kheda Farm House. The teams of the EDs from Delhi and Chandigarh are still camping at the farm house itself.

Today ED teams of Delhi and Chandigarh suddenly reached the Tejakheda Farm House in Omprakash Chautala. These teams are headed by Naresh Kumar. The notice board put up by ED said that land and other assets are being attached in the name of former Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala. A part of Teja Kheda Farm House is named after former Chief Minister Omprakash Chautala.

Money laundering case is pending on Omprakash Chautala and ED has tightened its grip on this. The ED had earlier attached the property of Om Prakash Chautala and his two sons Ajay Chautala and Abhay Chautala under the Prevention of Corruption Act-2002 (PMLA). According to the information, ED had earlier given Khasra no. In village long (Dabwali) in the name of Snehlata, wife of Omprakash Chautala. Four Kanal land falling under 78/8 and Khasra No. in village Shergarh in the name of Kanta Chautala, wife of Abhay Chautala. 6/20/1/2, 20/2, 21-17 / 1, 9/2/1/2, 10/1/1 13 Kanal 10 Marla had attached land.
