In the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray said that his party's alliance with BJP is unbreakable and it will return to power once again. Let us know that there are reports of the ruling BJP and Shiv Sena taking a tough stance on the seat sharing before the upcoming assembly elections in Maharashtra.

Addressing a function here on Saturday, Thackeray appreciated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for abolishing Article 370. Also, appealed to build a grand Ram temple in Ayodhya and bring a uniform civil code. Thackeray said, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has provided leadership and direction to the country which has immense potential for progress and development. I congratulate Modi for abolishing Article 370 of the Constitution and for the Chandrayaan-2 campaign. Now the nation is waiting for the construction of a grand Ram temple in Ayodhya and a uniform civil code. Kashmir is and will remain an integral part of India. Modi has proved this by showing it.

Thackeray announced the continuation of the alliance with the BJP and said that this alliance is unbreakable. It is right that we want power, but we want this for the development of the state. After the elections, the BJP-Shiv Sena alliance will return to power in the state once again. I am happy that Prime Minister Modi is providing facilities for the growing population of the state. Let us tell you that there are reports that the Shiv Sena wants the seat-sharing with the BJP to be halved in half in the assembly elections. Which means both parties will contest on equal number of seats. Out of the total 288 seats in the assembly, BJP and Shiv Sena have agreed to allocate 18 seats to minor allies, but this is yet to be formally ratified.
