Enable Two-Step Verification in WhatsApp

  • To enable two-step verification in WhatsApp, first, open the app.
  • Now go to its Settings and tap on Account.
  • Here you will see the option of two-step verification.
  • Now enable this option.
  • After this, you have to enter 6 digit PIN.
  • Now you will be asked to confirm the PIN entered.
  • After doing this, you will be asked to add an email address.
  • If you forget the PIN, then in such a situation you can use this mail.
  • You have a choice in this, if you want, you can also skip the email.
  • After doing this, you can donate two-step verification.

  • If you want to maintain the privacy of your WhatsApp, then you have to change some settings.
  • You have to change it by going to Settings, Last Seen, About, Profile Photo, and Status.
  • For this, you have to make sure that the 'My Contacts' option is selected in all of them.
  • If this happens, then only those people who are included in your contact list will be able to see your status from last seen.
  • On the other hand, if any kind of link or message comes from an unknown number, then you can report it by not giving information to it.
