This action has been taken on the complaint of Surendra Singh Hooda. In 2014, Hooda had an advertisement for Congress in Himachal. If there was no payment, the first arbitration took place, but even after the payment was not made, the case was filed in the court.

According to the court order, on 9 January 2019, the party had to pay for the advertisement. On the order of the court, the bank has deposited the account and deposited Rs 50.98 lakh in the draft court. The account will be kept till the next order.
