The court's verdict on the All India Congress Committee has been on Wednesday. The party's account has been frozen. After the court order in Union Bank of India located at Connaught Place, the bank account of the party has been frozened. This action has been done by the court on a businessman's complaint.

Earlier on Wednesday, Rahul Gandhi has issued a letter to the activists for the offer to resign from the post. Taking the responsibility of losing the Lok Sabha elections 2019, he had already offered to resign from the post of party president, but today he has removed the term from his Twitter president.

There was another bad news for the Congress on Wednesday between the Karari Hall in Lok Sabha elections and then the crisis arising from Rahul Gandhi's resignation. On the order of a court of Patiala House, bank account has been entered into Union Bank of India at Connaught Place of All India Congress Committee (AICC). This action has been taken on the complaint of Surendra Singh Hooda. In 2014, Hooda had an advertisement for Congress in Himachal. If there was no payment, the first arbitration took place, but even after the payment was not made, the case was filed in the court.

According to the court order, on 9 January 2019, the party had to pay for the advertisement. On the order of the court, the bank has deposited the account and deposited Rs 50.98 lakh in the draft court. The account will be kept till the next order. The next hearing of the case will be on August 16, 2019.
