Earlier, there was a cloud in Bomdila area of ​​Arunachal Pradesh after which the rescue operation had to be run for several days. 800 people were trapped in the flood after the cloud burst. Many people also went missing in this flood.

Actually, due to cloudburst in Bomdila area, Kaspi drain was flooded near Nag-Mandir Tenga in West Kameng district. An RCC bridge between Kaspi and Nagamandir was flowing into the flood waters.

Army and paramilitary forces along with NDRF had to come down for rescue operation for the rescue operation.
