Bomb Blast in the Capital Kabul, 68 People Injured

A bomb blast took place on Monday morning in Kabul, Afghanistan's capital. According to a media in Afghanistan, 68 people were injured in this blast.

According to Wahidullah Meh, spokeswoman of Afghanistan's Health Ministry, at least 68 people were injured in the Kabul blast on the basis of initial reports.

The bomb blast happened in the morning when there was a lot of crowd on the streets of the capital. The police and the officials have reached the blast site but there is no further information about this.

The explosion took place in Kabul at a time when negotiations between the Taliban and the US are going on in Qatar.

Earlier on Sunday also there was a terrorist attack in Afghanistan. 26 soldiers of Afghan Security Forces were killed in the terror attack in Nahrun of Nardan Baghlan province and eight jawans were injured.

Districts Chief Fazluddin Mardi had told that the terrorists had also suffered significant injuries. At the same time, Taliban spokesman Jabiullah Mujahid had said that many Afghan soldiers of Afghan Forces were killed in the attack.

The number is much more than what is being said. According to Mujahid, several senior commanders were also killed in the attack.
