During the hearing on Saturday, the court rejected the bail plea of ​​Christian Michel in both the Central Investigation Agency (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) case.

In the previous hearing, the court had reserved its verdict in the matter for September 7 after hearing both the sides of Mitchell and the investigating agencies.

The ED and CBI were strongly opposing Michel's bail application in the court, before Christian Michel's bail application has been rejected three times.

In the previous hearing, DP Singh, counsel for ED and CBI, had said that the claim of Michel's lawyer is wrong that 600 hours of questioning was done in 28 days. The ED says that Michel has given a statement in section 50 in the ED's inquiry that her father has been mediating such deals in India for a long time.
