A person has been arrested by the CID in the death of MLA Debendra Nath Ray from Hemtabad, West Bengal. The name of this person is Niloy Sinha. Niloy Sinha is one of the two accused named in the suicide note found in the pocket of Debendra Nath Ray. The CID team is questioning many people.
Meanwhile, CID has registered a case of murder on the complaint of MLA Debendra Nath Ray's wife. Now CID will investigate the entire case on the basis of murder and conspiracy to murder.
