All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen president Asaduddin Owaisi has pleaded to file a case by filing an application in the court. The lawyer alleges that after the recent Supreme Court verdict in the Ayodhya case, Owaisi has acted to spoil the atmosphere of peace in the country by tweeting on Twitter and making inflammatory speeches in the media. The court accepted the application and posted the date of hearing.

An application has been filed in the court of ACJM III on behalf of advocate Ankit Tyagi. Through the application, the people of the entire country respected the historic decision given by the Supreme Court in the Ayodhya case. But Asaduddin Owaisi twitched against the verdict and gave inflammatory speeches. This can cause riots in any part of the country.

Owaisi has also made several provocative speeches in the past. Owaisi also commented against the Supreme Court Justice. This has hurt Tyagi's feelings. The provocative speech given by Owaisi cannot be tolerated under any circumstances. Ankit Tyagi had also complained to Sihanigat police station and SSP regarding the filing of a case against Owaisi. But the police did not register a report. He has approached the court to get justice. The court accepted the application.
