Toyota’s ‘Baleno’: Glanza’s Teaser Released, Know About this New Car

Toyota Glanza, the first car to be launched under the Toyota Suzuki Agreement's teaser has been released. After this Toyota showroom will also be selling Ertiga, Ciaz and Brezza under this agreement. The launch of Toyota Glanza will be done this month. Its arrival in the dealership will start by April 30th.

These premium hatchbacks will come with 3 years / 100,000 km warranty. This is more than the standard warranty of Maruti Baleno which was 2 years / 40,000 km. In addition to this warranty period, Toyota Glanza can also be offered with extended warranty package, which will be called the 5-year True Warranty package.

The design elements of the Toyota Glanza will be similar to Maruti Baleno. Here you will definitely find some small changes like new front grill designs. Toyota Glanza will be available in five color options – Gray, Red, Blue, Silver, and White.

According to the information received, Glanza's exteriors will have a total of 6 Toyota logos and a logo in the steering wheel in the interior. There will be some minor changes in the interior. There is a change in color in the dashboard that looks like of Baleno, so that its look can be changed.

At present, Maruti Suzuki Baleno is available in both the petrol and diesel engine options in the market. However, unlike Glanza Single BS VI Complement will come with the petrol engine. This will be the 1.2-liter K12B engine, which generates pickup torque of 84 PS power and 115 Nm. With this engine, you will get a manual transmission. There will also be an option of CVT here.

Toyota's new Glanza will only come in the Higher Variants G and V, which will be equal to Baleno Zeta and Alpha Variants. As far as price is concerned, Toyota Glanza will be more expensive than Maruti Suzuki Baleno. Glanza will be initially manufactured in Suzuki's Gujarat Plant. Later it will be shifted to Toyota's plant.
