This Big Step is going to be taken by TRAI, Know More…

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has made preparations to give great relief to mobile users. TRAI may soon remove the limit set of 100SMS per day on users. Right now, users have to spend more than 100 cents per day and send 50 paise per message. TRAI believes that now there is no need for a 100SMS limit in a day.

Today, most companies offer 100 messages a day to their users. The limit of 100SMS has been imposed by the telecom companies due to the order of TRAI. After the completion of 100SMS, the users have to pay 50 paise per SMS. TRAI can remove the limit of 100SMS imposed on users by issuing a new order in the next 15 days.

TRAI will talk to companies about removing this limit from March 3 to March 17. Please tell that the limit of 100SMS is engaged in India for the last eight years. In 2012, TRAI set this limit to stop SMS spam.

In the last few years, TRAI has taken new steps to stop spam spread through SMS. Along with this, TRAI has also ordered companies to take strict steps to stop SMS spam. TRAI also started the service of DND for users a few years back. Through this service, users can stop advertising related messages on their numbers.
