OnePlus 6T and OnePlus 6 have started receiving Android 10 based OxygenOS 10.3.1 update. In this latest software update, both OnePlus 6T and OnePlus 6 have been given the fix of bugs that came through the original Android 10 release. Apart from this, OnePlus has also informed that Android security patch of December 2019 is also included in this update. That is, OnePlus 6T and 6 users will also get security improvements through the new OxygenOS version. This new update will also stabilize WiFi connectivity in both OnePlus phones.

According to the changelog provided by the OnePlus team through the official forum, the OxygenOS 10.3.1 update of OnePlus 6T and OnePlus 6 fixed the problem of the screen going black after unlocking the device via fingerprint. Apart from this, a problem related to the animation logo in the boot screen and heating problem during charging has also been fixed.

The OxygenOS 10.3.1 update released for OnePlus 6T and OnePlus 6 has overcome the issue of random disconnection with 5GHz hotspots and optimized the image preview time in Pro Camera mode. Apart from this, the camera crash issue has also been addressed and a problem related to the visibility of video and images in the gallery has also been removed.

OnePlus has highlighted in the changelog that this new update will improve system stability and will also fix the general bugs of OnePlus 6T and OnePlus 6. OnePlus team has ensured in the forum post that soon this update will reach all the users.
