Bajaj Auto has officially launched its 2019 Avenger Street 160 ABS. The company has put its price in the Indian market at Rs 82,253 (ex-showroom Delhi). This new cruiser bike has now become the cheapest Avenger in the cell and it will replace the previously present Avenger Street 150.

The new Bajaj Avenger Street 160 will offer sporty cruiser experiences to those 150-160 cc users, who like cruiser styling without much chrome. Avenger 160 dealerships have started to come on.

Styling of the new Bajaj Avenger Street 160 is the same as the other street models. It has a Roadster headlamp with LED daytime running lights, engine, and relaxed riding postures in black color. It has rear grab rails with new graphics, black alloy wheels, and rubber coating. These new bikes to customers will be available in ebony black and spicy red color.

If we talk about mechanical specifications, the new Bajaj Avenger Street 160 has been given 160.4 cc single-cylinder engine. This engine generates 14.7 bhp power and 13.5 Nm pickup torques. Power output is more than Avenger 150. The 5-speed gearbox has been provided with this motor.

For suspension, the telescopic forks on the front of the bike and twin shocks are given in the rear. For breaking, 220 mm single disc with single channel ABS in front and drum brake setup in the rear is given. Between Pulsar and Avenger Series Bajaj Auto wants to increase its market share in the 150-250 cc sports segment. Avenger Street 160 competes with the Suzuki Intruder 155 cruiser in the market.
