We are living in a digitalized society where every work now a day is going online and in this digitalized world online payment were increased a lot in the transaction of things, and many companies have an option of online payment like Paytm, Google pay etc and nowadays every organization also have their online site to submit payment from outsiders.

The BrihanMumbai Electric Supply & Transport Undertaking has step forwarded to provide the easiest platform for electricity consumers through the "MiBEST" mobile application. 

MiBEST enables the consumers of B.E.S. & T. Undertaking to view the billing related information like Current Bill and Billing History. Consumers can make online payments through Net Banking as well as Credit/Debit card facility.

Apart from this consumers will be entitled to 1.25 percent discount it the bill is paid on time.

The feature like New Connection, Quick Pay, Bill Barcode Scanner, Customer Care Details, etc is also available in this application.

Along with paying the bill, consumers will get to register billing-related complaints and give the suggestion as well. Customer needs to register their account number while filling anything, and doing this the customer will get the receipt on the doorstep and will receive SMS as well.
