Google may get into big trouble. The Delhi High Court asked the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Wednesday that Google's mobile payment is helping in the financial transactions of APG Pay without necessary approvals.

The bench of Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Judge AJ Bhambhani, hearing a PIL, asked the RBI on Google Pay's working. In the PIL, it has been claimed that Google has been working as a payment system service provider in violation of the G Pay and Settlement Law. It says that it does not get valid sanction from the central bank to work as a payment service provider.

The court has issued notice to RBI and Google India and asked his stand on the issue raised in the petition of Abhijit Mishra. The petition has argued that the official name of the official payment system of RBI is not named in the list of operators. The central bank released this list on March 20, 2019.

The Google company's Wallet is offering money transfers to people on Google. Through this, money can be transferred from one bank to another. Apart from this, these apps are also offering recharge and bill payment.
