Mahindra launches its new compact SUV at the beginning of this year, the Mahindra X1. This car is getting good response from people. Mahindra launched this car on February 14, 2019. This car got 13 thousand bookings in the first month and in April, it was the second best-selling SUV after Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza.

Now, Mahindra has said that the car has crossed the 26,000 units of bookings after two and a half months of launch. The car maker said that most of the demand is of fully loaded car i.e. Top variant, which is 70% of total bookings. Mahindra said that the demand for petrol variants of the XUV 300 is quite high.

In February, March 2019, 2,744 units of petrol variants have been sold, which has been around 40 percent of total bookings. Let us tell you that the Mahindra XUV 300 comes in four variants and two engine options. In the car you have been given a 1.5-liter turbocharged diesel engine with 117 horse power and 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engine.

Both engines have a manual gearbox with 6 speed units. Automobile variants are not available in the car anymore. But it is expected that the diesel variants of the car can be launched soon with the automatic gearbox. In the XUV 300, first in segments such as Seven Airbags, Front Parking Sensor, Heated Wing Mirror, Dual Zone Client Control, Steering Mode and All Wheel Disc Brake are available. Its starting price is Rs 7.90 lakhs, while the top variant costs Rs 11.99 lakhs.
