Yogi 2.0 Government has arrived in the state with a massive victory in the 2022 UP assembly elections. Everyone knows who will be the face of the Chief Minister in the new government. But now a lot has become clear about who will be included in Yogi's cabinet. The names of the members of the cabinet of the new government to be formed under the leadership of CM Yogi Adityanath and the party candidates in the Legislative Council elections have been decided.

There was confusion among political experts about Keshav Prasad Maurya's stay as Deputy CM in the new government, but let us tell you that caretaker Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya will remain in the cabinet, however, Dr. Dinesh Sharma's post was changed. Apart from this, in the meeting held in the presence of party President JP Nadda, CM Yogi Adityanath, State President Swatantra Dev Singh, General Secretary Organization BL Santosh and Keshav Prasad Maurya, the list of 36 candidates for the Legislative Council elections has been approved.

Representation of all castes in the cabinet

According to the reports, along with the veteran leaders of the party, the workers will also be given a chance in the elections to the Legislative Council. It is reported that in-principle agreement has been reached on the names of the members to be included in the first phase in Yogi Adityanath's cabinet. All castes will be given representation in the cabinet. Preference will be given to the names keeping in mind the women candidates.

The swearing-in ceremony of the cabinet of Yogi government 2.0 will be held after March 20. There is news that a meeting of the legislature party can be held on March 22. According to the reports, more than 40 ministers taking oath along with the Chief Minister in the new government. The swearing-in ceremony can be held on March 23 or 24 in the presence of other senior functionaries of the party including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President JP Nadda and ministers of the central government.

Which party got how many seats?

Let us tell you that out of the total 403 seats in the 2022 UP assembly elections, BJP has won 255 seats, while BJP's ally- Apna Dal (Sonelal) has won 12 seats, while Nishad Party won 6 seats. On the other hand, the party of SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav has got 111 seats. SP's ally Rashtriya Lok Dal has won 8 seats and Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party has won 6 seats. Apart from this, Congress has to be satisfied with two seats, the Jansatta Dal Loktantrik's two seats and the Bahujan Samaj Party's only one seat.
