In a money laundering case, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) detained Bhupinder Singh, the nephew of Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, on Thursday night. The ED raided the home of Channi's sister-in-son law's Bhupinder Singh alias Honey and others on January 18. In Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Mohali, and Fatehgarh, eleven distinct locations were raided for Honey.

Investigating agency discovered Rs. 10.7 crore in cash

Six contractors are being investigated by the ED in connection with an illegal sand mining gang and money laundering investigation.
