Commuters may have to face a lot of trouble due to the drivers' strike.

Stirke has been kept one day for the time being

It is worth noting that the strike of auto, taxi and minibus drivers in Delhi has been kept one day for the time being. However, the Sarvodaya Driver Association of Delhi says that they are going on an 'indefinite' strike from Monday. But, nothing has been said by other organizations yet. But if the strike is prolonged, the movement in Delhi will come to a standstill.

All the driver organizations are angry due to rising inflation. Drivers say that they are also facing trouble in driving home. In such a situation, the striking driver organizations are demanding an increase in fare rates and a reduction in CNG prices.

We cannot run our loss-making autos and cabs every day- Rajendra Soni

On the other hand, Delhi Auto Rickshaw Association general secretary Rajendra Soni said, "We know that the Delhi government is forming a committee but we demand that the government (Centre and Delhi) should provide a subsidy of Rs 35 per kg on CNG prices.

Inflation Wave in the Country

Soni said we cannot run our loss-making autos and cabs every day because CNG prices are on a gallop. This is a symbolic protest against the price hike.
