After digging the site for about two hours, the team seized many items from the spot. Earlier on Friday night also, the team got many important information. Today i.e. on Sunday also, the team members will investigate the spot and surroundings.

Orders have been given to demolish 3 houses damaged in the blast

On the other hand, District Magistrate directed the demolition of three houses declared dilapidated based on the report submitted by the Building Construction Department in the matter. Here, SDRF, Disaster Management and Municipal Corporation team has started the process of demolition of 3 houses. However, there was talk of demolishing the house on Sunday morning. For this, the victim's family has urged the administration to make arrangements for their stay and food apart from demolishing the house.

Ayesha, who was badly injured in the incident, was undergoing treatment in Siliguri, where she died late Saturday evening.
