Premier League 2019-20: Tottenham Hotspur Beats Aston Villa 3-1

Tottenham Hotspur vanquished Aston Villa 3-1 here at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.

Harry Kane was the star for Spurs as he got two goals for the group in the second half.

When the match began, Spurs dominated the ball ownership, however, Aston had the option to shock Tottenham as the side enrolled a goal in the ninth minute. John McGinn scored the goal for Aston giving them a 1-0 lead.

Goads attempted their best to enlist a goal in the first half, however, they were not ready to change over the odds into goals. The side got a lot of chances in the first half, yet they neglected to change over and subsequently, Aston Villa drove 1-0 at half-time.

In the second half, Aston had the option to hold Spurs under control, however, in the 73rd minute, Spurs were at last ready to break the gridlock and get the equalizer as Tanguy Ndombele enrolled a goal bringing the scoreline to 1-1.

After 13 minutes, Kane had the option to get Spurs into the lead as he scored the goal for the group in the 86th minute.

The 26-year-old enrolled his second goal of the match in the 90th minute, to give the group a 3-1 lead.

Spurs were able to see off the rest of the match and in the end, came out triumphant.

Aston Villa will next face Bournemouth whereas Tottenham will take on Manchester City on August 17.
