Mutton Cutlet: Try this Lip-Smacking Recipe at Home

These delicious cutlets made of mutton make everyone's heart happy. Everyone likes it delicious taste. You can make it for breakfast or on a special occasion.

Ingredients:

500-gram mutton

1 cup water

6 bread slices

4 potatoes boiled

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red chilli powder

1/4 tsp garam masala

2 tsp oil

Salt to taste

How to make Mutton Cutlets:

  1. To make mutton cutlets, first take boiled mutton and mix it well by adding ginger paste and garam masala. Keep this mixture covered for some time.
  2. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Add the mutton mixture, potato pieces, coriander, black pepper, red chili, salt and mix it well. Roast this mixture.
  3. Roast this mixture for 5-6 minutes so that your masala is ready. After roasting take this mixture out in a pot and wait for it to cool down.
  4. Now put the bread crumbs in small pieces or steamed mixture and prepare the cutlets in a round shape. Likewise make cutlets from all the mixture and keep it in a place.
  5. Now heat the oil in the pan, pour the prepared cutlets into the oil and fry them on low heat. Fry all cutlets in the same way and your delicious mutton cutlets are now ready to serve.
