IPL 2020: MS Dhoni Returns from Chennai after CSK Postponed Practice Camp

Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has returned from Chennai after CSK decided to postpone the practice camp. The BCCI has decided to postpone this year's IPL till 15 April. On the other hand, the Chennai team also decided to discontinue the practice session of the team in view of the threat of Corona.

On Sunday, captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni left Chennai Super Kings (CSK) training camp. Dhoni and the rest of the team started the practice to prepare for the 13th edition of the IPL. On Saturday, the team management decided to call off the practice session in view of the threat of Coronavirus.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India has decided not to start the IPL from March 29 in view of the ever-increasing cases of Coronavirus. It has been postponed until 15 April. Significantly, the Indian government has banned the visa of any foreigner till 15 April. To this date, no foreign player can participate in the tournament. The BCCI has made it clear that the safety of players and fans is a priority.
